What counts as an order
- A guest order placed through NovoDine.
- A bill paid through NovoDine.
- Cancelled orders don't count.
At a hotel, every guest request counts: an in-room or outlet order, a request, a booking, a card payment or a cash payment.

Card processing fees are charged by your payment provider, Stripe or Tap Payments, at its own rate.
WhatsApp order updates are sent from your venue's own WhatsApp number, so Meta bills your WhatsApp account directly at Meta's rates: in Qatar about QAR 0.04 per update today. Replies inside the 24-hour window the guest opened are free. Meta sets these rates and can change them.
Pricing questions
Is there a subscription or a contract?
No. NovoDine is QAR 0.50 per order and NovoDine Stay QAR 1.50 per order or transaction, with no monthly fee, no setup fee and no term.
What counts as an order?
A guest order placed through NovoDine, or a bill paid through NovoDine. Cancelled orders don't count.
What about card fees?
Card processing is charged by your payment provider, Stripe or Tap Payments, at its own rate. It is not part of the price per order, and NovoDine never holds guest funds.
What do WhatsApp updates cost?
They are sent from your own WhatsApp number, so Meta bills your WhatsApp account directly at Meta's rates (in Qatar about QAR 0.04 per update today; replies inside the 24-hour window the guest opened are free). You choose which updates go out.
What does the AI add-on include?
QAR 49 per venue per month: up to 300 assistant questions, the weekly AI report and up to 3 menu imports from a photo or PDF. The cap resets on the 1st of each month (Doha time); at the cap the assistant pauses, or you add 200 more questions for QAR 19.
What does a hotel pay?
QAR 1.50 per order or transaction, for every type of guest request, including bookings, card payments and cash payments.
